The Council of Ministers today approved a Royal Decree-Law that modifies the revised text of the Securities Market Law. With this RDL and the subsequent development of a Royal Decree, in which the most regulatory content of the project will be collected, the transposition of the Directive will be completed 2014/65, relating to financial instrument markets, better known as MIFID II.

The call for aid worth 150 million euros will be carried out by the Ministry of Economy and Business through a resolution of the Secretary of State for Digital Advancement.
