The objective of this experimental statistical operation is to offer monthly indicators of the
ability, the occupancy and profitability of the vacation home that is available in the
platforms analyzed in the reference month, among other data of interest to the sector.

As this is data similar to that obtained with traditional accommodation surveys
hotel and non-hotel, allows comparison between both typologies. For this study, se
publish data on holiday homes that provide accommodation services in the Canary Islands and that
are offered on digital intermediation platforms.
