The number of people employed in the second quarter of the year amounts to 19.804.900, the highest figure in the last ten years, según los datos de la Encuesta de Población Activa (EPA) published today by the National Institute of Statistics (INE). El empleo aumentó en 460.800 people in the last twelve months, which represents an interannual increase of 2,4%. The Secretary of State for the Economy and Business Support, Ana de la Cueva, has highlighted that this growth in employment occurs “in a more balanced and sustainable macroeconomic context than that of ago.” 10 years".
