By Instituto Canario de Estadística, (ISTAC), del Gobierno de Canarias Regarding the same month of 2025, spending on drugs has increased 2,02 por ciento. Then the
amount of pharmaceutical expenditure was recorded in 53,22 millones de euros.

In February, a total of 4,7 millions of drug containers. The amount is
significantly lower than that of January (a -8,21 por ciento), and practically the same as
that of the same month of 2025, con un incremento del 0,18%. The average expense for each container dispensed was
de 11,55 euros, a figure slightly higher than that which has occurred in recent months.
