This morning the resolution of the call of the year has been published 2018 of the National Program for the Extension of the New Generation Broadband (PEBA-NGA), managed by the Ministry of Economy and Business through the Secretary of State for Digital Advancement and financed by the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER).

The Government completes the transposition of the Directive on payment services, conocida como PSD2. The Council of Ministers has adopted the Royal Decree that develops the legal regime of these entities and in the coming days the Ministerial Order that develops their transparency demands will be approved.

The Council of Ministers today approved a Royal Decree-Law that modifies the revised text of the Securities Market Law. With this RDL and the subsequent development of a Royal Decree, in which the most regulatory content of the project will be collected, the transposition of the Directive will be completed 2014/65, relating to financial instrument markets, better known as MIFID II.
