29 Aug Las ventas al por menor en Canarias aumentaron un 5,1% en julio de 2025 con respecto al mismo mes de 2024

20 Aug El número de pernoctaciones aumenta en Canarias en julio de 2025 respecto al año anterior

La tasa de ocupación por habitaciones y apartamentos se situó en el 80,24 por ciento. La isla de
Lanzarote fue la que registró un mayor índice de ocupación.

Durante el pasado mes de julio, los hoteles y apartamentos de Canarias ingresaron un 8,66% más que
en el mismo periodo de 2024. La cifra de negocio alcanzó los 480,22 millones de euros.

La tarifa media por habitación ocupada se situó en los 126,15 euros. En el caso de los ingresos por
habitación disponible, independientemente de que se hubiera ocupado o no, la media alcanzó los
101,23 euros durante julio de 2025.

Durante el mes de julio, el número de empleos relacionados con los alojamientos turísticos fue de
72.084 personas en los 1.267 establecimientos contabilizados. Por cada 100 viajeros que entraron en
Canarias, hubo 5,55 personas empleadas.
