International rating agencies S&P and DBRS have improved, respectivamente, the credit rating and outlook of the Kingdom of Spain. S&P has raised the rating of our country, from A- to A with stable outlook. DBRS, por su parte, maintains Spain's rating at A and improves its outlook from stable to positive.

The Secretary of State for Digital Advancement, Francisco Polo, as president of the National Cybersecurity Institute (INCIBE), agency dependent on the Ministry of Economy and Business through said Secretary of State, has promoted three collaboration agreements on cybersecurity with the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Government of Castilla y León, through the Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castilla y León (ICE). These agreements will promote entrepreneurship in cybersecurity and support the business sector in Castilla y León through different initiatives.

This group receives 19% of hate crimes in Spain, of which more than half are committed through the Internet and social networks, according to data from the Ministry of the Interior.

Today the European Commission published its summer economic forecasts, with an upward revision of two tenths of growth in Spain in 2019 compared to the spring forecasts published in May. The Commission foresees a growth in the GDP of our country of 2,3% en 2019 y del 1,9% en 2020. Growth in the euro zone remains at 1,2% of GDP this year and it is revised one tenth downwards until the 1,4% en 2020.
