El Consejo de Ministros ha aprobado, a propuesta del Ministerio de Asuntos Económicos y Transformación Digital, el Proyecto de Ley reguladora de determinados aspectos de los servicios electrónicos de confianza, por el que adapta el ordenamiento jurídico nacional al reglamento comunitario. Se refuerza así la seguridad jurídica y se da un paso más en la ordenación del proceso de digitalización de la economía y la sociedad, en beneficio de los ciudadanos.
