28 Apr Las ventas al por menor en Canarias aumentaron un 3,9% en marzo de 2025 con respecto al mismo mes de 2024

24 Apr The number of holiday homes available in the Canary Islands increases in March 2025 over the same month of 2024

a 4 percent more compared to March 2024.

During the month of March, 45.927 homes received some reservation, lo que supone un 95 por ciento
of the total homes available on the digital platforms analyzed.

Accommodation offer

The objective of this experimental statistical operation is to offer monthly indicators of the
ability, the occupancy and profitability of the vacation home that is available in the
platforms analyzed in the reference month, among other data of interest to the sector.

As this is data similar to that obtained with traditional accommodation surveys
hotel and non-hotel, allows comparison between both typologies. For this study, se
publish data on holiday homes that provide accommodation services in the Canary Islands and that
are offered on digital intermediation platforms.
