The Council of Ministers has approved the bill for the creation of a sandbox, or controlled testing space, to accompany the digital transformation of the financial system. The project, which will be sent to the Cortes for parliamentary processing, establishes an appropriate legal environment to guarantee that the innovative process in the financial field is developed effectively and safely for users.
