el 29,8% of apartment managers in Tenerife consider that there will be a higher occupancy
in this second quarter. Most establishments, el 51,7%, expect a trend
similar to the previous quarter.
Business evolution
El 43,6% of hotel managers predict that the performance of their business will be favorable in this
trimestre, while a 13,4% considers that there will be an unfavorable evolution. In the case of the
apartments, el 34,2% percent expect a positive development for their businesses; this data is more
higher the higher the category of the establishment.
Lack of labor
Among the factors that limited activity in hotels during the last quarter, the lack
of personnel is the one that has the greatest impact. Almost 7 decade 10 businesspeople (65,4%) consider
