03 Oct Aumenta el número de viviendas vacacionales disponibles en Canarias en agosto de 2025 over the same month of 2024

In total there are 195.242 accommodation places available in holiday homes. This supposes a 0.2

Accommodation offer

The objective of this experimental statistical operation is to offer monthly indicators of the
ability, the occupancy and profitability of the vacation home that is available in the
platforms analyzed in the reference month, among other data of interest to the sector.

As this is data similar to that obtained with traditional accommodation surveys
hotel and non-hotel, allows comparison between both typologies. For this study, se
publish data on holiday homes that provide accommodation services in the Canary Islands and that
are offered on digital intermediation platforms.

02 Oct El paro registrado sube en octubre de 2025

a 1% más que el mes anterior.. By age groups, el mayor aumento porcentual se produjo en

forma más contenida, con porcentajes que rondan el 1%. Todos los sectores económicos empeoraron
respecto al paro registrado, por porcentajes de incremento que van desde el 1,1% en servicios al

02 Oct El número medio de afiliaciones en Canarias se incrementa en el mes de septiembre

02 Oct The number of tourists arriving in the Canary Islands increases in August compared to the same month of the previous year

02 Oct Registered unemployment falls in September 2025

data of 2024 was 31.968 people. The Port of La Luz and Las Palmas presented a drop in 4.7
por ciento, while the ports of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Arrecife fell one 6,2% y un
6,1%, respectivamente. The increase in travelers came exclusively from Santa Cruz de la
