Como complemento de la noticia publicada el día 16-11-17 Dúa de importación. Nueva validación para los certificados 1310, N003 declarados en la Cas. 44. La validación de estos documentos quedará de la siguiente manera:
a) Día 22.11.2017 Para los documentos 1310, N003 cuya referencia empiece por ES se exigirá que su longitud sea de 16 caracteres.
En consecuencia, la referencia para los documentos 1310, N003 deberá contemplar tanto el número de certificado (14 de longitud) como el número de línea (2 de longitud).
El texto del error será el siguiente: “El formato del documento N003/1310 no es válido: debe declarar el número del certificado y número de línea.”
b) Día 27.11.2017.
1.- No se podrá declarar caracteres especiales en la referencia del documento. Si se declaran se dará error: “Solo se puede declarar letras y números en el certificado”.
2.- El certificado tendrá que tener una longitud de 16 caracteres, con independencia de que empiece por “ES” o no.
Se recuerda que en la Solicitud de Intervención que se realice en el Servicio de Inspección en Frontera (en este caso SOIVRE), se puede declarar el MRN partida del dúa donde con posterioridad se utilizará, asociada a las diferentes líneas del certificado. In this way, cuando el SOIVRE remita a la AEAT el certificado se podrá relacionar con el MRN partida de forma automática sin necesidad de ser declarado en la Cas. 44 del dúa de importación por parte del operador.También, automáticamente el dúa, obtendría el circuito Verde (si no hubiera otros controles o certificados no aduaneros pendientes).
