18 Dec The judicial bodies in the Canary Islands enter more judicial matters in the third quarter of 2024 than in the same period of the previous year
By Instituto Canario de Estadística, (ISTAC), del Gobierno de Canarias In the civil jurisdiction, 48.021, were resolved 42.757 and they were in process 152.834,
a 14%, 14% and 19% más que en el tercer trimestre de 2023.
In the criminal jurisdiction, were entered 48.787, were resolved 47.348 and those that remained in process
At the end of the period they were 48.219 (a 2%, 3% and 5% more respectively than in the same period of the
previous year).
In the contentious-administrative jurisdiction, 4.782, were resolved 2.347 and they remained
earrings 14.357 at the end of the period (a 148%, 29% and 83% more than in the third quarter of the year
2023).
Finally, in the social jurisdiction in the Canary Islands, 7.588 affairs, were resolved 5.970
and were in process at the end of the period 23.541, assuming an increase in 18%, 5%, and 6%
respectively with respect to the third quarter of the year 2023.
