11 Dec The price of new housing rose in the Canary Islands above the national level

Murcia (15%) and Aragon (14,6%). and the minor ones, in Navarre (10,9%) y Cataluña (11,3%). In the Canary Islands, la
annual variation rate in the third quarter of 2025 is located in a 12,2% regarding the same
quarter of 2024.
The main objective of the Housing Price Index is to measure the evolution of prices
purchase and sale of free price homes, both new and second hand. It also allows
make comparisons with national data and other autonomous communities.
