by which the continuation of the administrative procedures for authorization of new identification and electronic signature systems using an agreed key and any other system that the Administrations consider valid referred to in the articles is agreed. 9.2 c) and 10.2 c) de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, Common Administrative Procedure Public Administration, in application of the third additional provision of the Royal Decree 463/2020, de 14 de marzo, by which the state of alarm is declared for the management of the health crisis situation caused by COVID-19.
