El 2 de octubre de 2016 It is the date of entry into force of the Law 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, Common Administrative Procedure Public Administration.

This Act requires, among others, legal persons and entities without legal personality to interact electronically with government. Among the entities without legal personality associations include, civil societies, joint ownership, recumbent inheritances and communities of owners.
