that the progress of the business will be favorable while the 16,58% thinks it will be unfavorable.
Regarding the trend of the main factors of the business climate for the third quarter
de 2023, in relation to the previous quarter, el 52% and the 65% of establishment managers
hotel and non-hotel, respectivamente, They believe that employment will remain stable, el 68% and
el 69% They believe that investment will remain stable, mientras que el 51% and the 45% consideran que
el nivel de precios aumentará frente al 10% y al 11% who consider that it will descend.
Regarding the trend in the occupancy rate for the third quarter, en relación a 2022, el
44,5% and the 47,5% of hotel and non-hotel establishment managers consider that
will keep stable.
Within the assessment of influential factors in the business, the shortage of labor stands out
