By Instituto Canario de Estadística, (ISTAC), del Gobierno de Canarias sugar (35,3%), la leche (26,5%) and the potatoes and their preparations (21,0%) se encuentran dentro de los
bienes y servicios más inflacionistas. Por otra parte, se han producido descensos del 27,5% en
calefacción, lighting and water distribution, of the 22,9% in urban public transport and 3,0% en
transporte público interurbano.

La tasa de variación mensual de junio tomó el valor 0,6%, placing the variation so far this year
en el 2,6%. Por otra parte, the annual rate of the general index without unprocessed foods or
energy products (core inflation) take the value 6,2%, siendo cuatro décimas inferior al
registrado en mayo (6,6%). At the state level this rate reaches 5,9%.
