A partir del lunes 4 February 2019 entra en vigor la obligación de la presentación de las declaraciones ETD en los casos establecidos legalmente y para aquellos operadores con autorización administrativa concedida. Por tanto, a partir de esa fecha se pone en marcha el web service de la AEAT que permite la presentación de dichas declaraciones, admitiéndose los envíos en real con el indicador de test desactivado u omitido. El puerto de preproducción seguirá abierto indefinidamente para aquellos desarrolladores que necesiten realizar pruebas.
