By Instituto Canario de Estadística, (ISTAC), del Gobierno de Canarias Tourists from the United Kingdom represented the largest number of entries (392.102),
followed by residents in Germany (227.784) and residents in the rest of Spain
(150.987).

La isla que recibió mayor número de turistas tanto extranjeros como residentes en la Península fue
Tenerife (562.537), seguida de Gran Canaria con (409.144) tourists.
