25 Sep The appraised value of the home rises again in the second quarter of 2025

euros. This supposes a 10,44 percent more than in the second quarter of 2024.
The province of Las Palmas, con 2.000,6 euros per square meter, narrowly surpasses that of Santa Cruz
de Tenerife, with an average valuation of 1.994 euros. Instead, the increase in the last year has
been superior in the latter: a 11,47% in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, frente a un 9,07% in Las Palmas.
Madrid remains the province with the highest values, with an appraisal for free housing
de 3.630,9 euros per square meter. The Balearic Islands and Gipuzkoa follow, con 3.518,2 and 3.115,7 euros per
square meter respectively.
Among the provinces with the lowest assessed value of free housing we find Ciudad Real and
Jaen, con 747,7 and 840,3 euros per square meter respectively.
Average appraised value of subsidized housing
Regarding protected housing, the average value has risen 2,25% in the last year in the Canary Islands and
is located in the 1.187,7 euros per square meter. The increase has been more intense in the
archipelago than in the country as a whole, where protected housing increased its value by a 1,59%
