01 Jan El Tesoro emite un bono a 15 years with a new demand record and the lowest interest rate in its history for that term

The Public Treasury has carried out a syndicated issuance of a new bond to 15 years for the amount of 5.000 millones de euros. Los títulos, que vencen el 30 de julio de 2035, cuentan con un cupón del 1,85% and an interest rate of 1,864%, the lowest in history in a Treasury operation at this term. These levels represent a reduction in profitability of more than 50 basic points with respect to the previous syndication to 15 years old, held in February 2017.
