El anteproyecto establece, among other measures, the obligation to deliver to the consumer a standardized form with the characteristics of the contract, the prohibition of linked sales and limits commissions for early cancellation. There will also be an obligation to report on certain clauses and the associated risks., of the possible scenarios in contracts with variable interest rates and the itemized expenses associated with the signing of the contract. A standard contract model for voluntary use will be approved in a subsequent regulation. It is reinforced, por último, the legality control exercised by notaries and registrars in the contracting phase for broader consumer advice.
