The Government completes the transposition of the Directive on payment services, conocida como PSD2. El Consejo de Ministros ha adoptado el Real Decreto que desarrolla el régimen jurídico de estas entidades y en los próximos días se aprobará la Orden Ministerial que desarrolla sus exigencias de transparencia.
