The Council of Ministers has approved the Royal Decree of Credit Financial Establishments that develops the legal regime of these entities. The rule favors competition in granting loans, maintaining solvency standards, lo que favorecerá el crecimiento ordenado del crédito y redundará en una mayor protección de los consumidores. El Real Decreto desarrolla el régimen previsto en la Ley 5/2015 de fomento de la financiación empresarial.
