By Instituto Canario de Estadística, (ISTAC), del Gobierno de Canarias In the month of November a total of 630.725 Cruise passengers used the ports of the Canary Islands.
The data of 2024 was 644.722 people. The ports of Los Cristianos and La Estaca were the ones that
greatest increase showed, while that of Puerto del Rosario presented a drop in 28,1%.

Regarding regular traffic, The ports of Los Cristianos and Santa Cruz de Tenerife were
those that had a greater movement of travelers. The first of them recorded the passage of 1 decade
3 travelers who used these infrastructures. Por su parte, the ports with the greatest increase in
travelers were La Estaca, con un aumento del 16,9% and the Christians, con 15,9% more than travelers.

The number of TEUS containers (the most standardized measure worldwide) who went through the
ports of the Canary Islands in November was a 25,2 percent higher than in the same month of 2024. En
total were 164.999 containers those that were accounted for by 131.820 November 2024.

The Port of La Luz and Las Palmas is the one with the highest volume of entry and exit of
containers. In the Canary Islands, 7 decade 10 containers that are moved do so from this facility.
Compared to the previous year, aumentó un 33,1 percent container movement in this
puerto.

Regarding vehicle traffic, During the month of November it increased by 0,1% with respect to the same
month of the previous year. This year they were 188.490 the vehicles that used the State Ports in
Canarias, for the 188.282 that was in November 2024.

The data collected in this information refers exclusively to the eleven Ports of the
State that exists in the Canary Islands. These are the facilities of: Reef, The Rosary, lighter, La
Light and Las Palmas, Salinetas, Passion fruit, The Christians, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, San Sebastian
La Gomera, Santa Cruz de la Palma and La Estaca. There are other port facilities that depend on the
Government of the Canary Islands, as is the case of the Puerto de Las Nieves, Corralejo, Playa Blanca or Morro
Jable.
