19 Nov The number of holiday homes available in the Canary Islands increases in October 2025 over the same month of 2024

por ciento menos respecto a octubre de 2024.
Durante el mes de octubre, 40.582 homes received some reservation, lo que supone un 87,6 por
ciento del total de las viviendas disponibles en las plataformas digitales analizadas.
Accommodation offer
The objective of this experimental statistical operation is to offer monthly indicators of the
ability, la ocupación y la rentabilidad de la vivienda vacacional que esté disponible en las
plataformas analizadas en el mes de referencia, entre otros datos de interés para el sector.
As this is data similar to that obtained with traditional accommodation surveys
hotel and non-hotel, allows comparison between both typologies. For this study, se
