Se modifica la pregunta frecuente nº 2.49 para aclarar que las facturas completas en las que no sea obligatoria la consignación del Número de Identificación Fiscal del destinatario en virtud de lo previsto en la letra d) del artículo 6.1 del Reglamento por el que se regulan las obligaciones de facturación, caracterizadas porque no se identifica al destinatario de las mismas se exceptúan de la clave F1.　

Se modifica la pregunta frecuente nº 3.23 para puntualizar que las facturas simplificadas cualificadas reguladas en los artículo 7.2 and 7.3 del Reglamento por el que se regulan las obligaciones de facturación se exceptúan de la clave F2. Además se corrige una errata contenida en el segundo párrafo de la respuesta, añadiendo “no”:
