The Council of Ministers today approved a Royal Decree-Law that modifies the revised text of the Securities Market Law. With this RDL and the subsequent development of a Royal Decree, en el que se recogerá el contenido más reglamentista del proyecto, se completará la transposición de la Directiva 2014/65, relativa a los mercados de instrumentos financieros, más conocida como MIFID II.
