The day 12 de marzo de 2015 It has been published in the Official Gazette of the Order HAP / 410/2015, de 11 de marzo, by which, among other measures, It extends the deadline for submission model 290 information reporting annual financial account of certain relevant US persons per year 2014.

In this way, in order to facilitate, as far as possible, proper compliance by financial institutions of this new information obligation, the deadline for submission model 290 for the year 2014 will be the period from 1 January 31 de mayo de 2015. Being unskillful the final date set, the annual information return relevant financial accounts of certain US persons 2014 may be submitted until the day 1 June 2015.
