North-Westphalia (21,9%). And among residents of the United Kingdom, tourists from
the North West region of the United Kingdom and Scotland (14,5% and 13% respectivamente).

During that quarter, only the 6,2% and the 5,5% of residents in Germany and the United Kingdom,
respectivamente, have had some difficulties with means of transportation among which stand out
public transport schedules and delays and cancellations that occur, as well as a
information that is sometimes confusing and insufficient.
