By Instituto Canario de Estadística, (ISTAC), del Gobierno de Canarias El 64,59% of the managers of hotel establishments in the Canary Islands consider that the progress of
your business during the fourth quarter of 2024 will be favorable while the 4,14% think it will be
unfavorable. Likewise, el 50,54% of managers of non-hotel establishments
considera que la marcha del negocio será favorable mientras que el 5,21% think it will be
unfavorable.

Regarding the trend of the main factors of the business climate for the fourth quarter
de 2024, in relation to the previous quarter, in general, managers of hotel establishments and
extrahoteleros consideran que se mantendrán estables, siendo el 69% and the 81%, respectivamente, en el
employment, el 71% and the 77% in investment, el 42% and the 60% in the price level and the 42% and the 50% en
billing.

Regarding the trend in the occupancy rate for the fourth quarter, en relación a 2023, el
52,57% and the 55,60% of hotel and non-hotel establishment managers consider that
will keep stable.
