By Instituto Canario de Estadística, (ISTAC), del Gobierno de Canarias El 51,74% of the managers of hotel establishments in the Canary Islands consider that the progress of
your business during the third quarter of 2024 will be favorable, mientras que el 9,4% think it will be
unfavorable. However, only the 34,6% of managers of non-hotel establishments
considers that the progress of the business will be favorable compared to the 16,8% What do you think will be unfavorable?.

Regarding the trend of the main factors of the business climate for the third quarter
de 2024, in relation to the previous quarter, in general, managers of hotel establishments and
non-hotel owners consider that they will maintain stable, siendo el 53% and the 76%, respectivamente, en el
employment, el 24% and the 75, respectively in the investment, el 37% and the 49% in the price level and the
38% and the 42% in billing.

Regarding the trend in the occupancy rate for the third quarter, en relación a 2023, el 55%
of managers of hotel and non-hotel establishments consider that it will remain stable.
