21 Jan Hotel and non-hotel occupancy rates expected for January, febrero y marzo son 82%, 76% and the 71% and 85%, 80% and 73% respectivamente
By Instituto Canario de Estadística, (ISTAC), del Gobierno de Canarias El 55% of the managers of hotel establishments in the Canary Islands consider that the progress of their
business during the first quarter of 2025 will be favorable while the 6% think it will be
unfavorable. Likewise, el 54% of managers of non-hotel establishments
considers that the progress of the business will be favorable while the 4% thinks it will be unfavorable.
Regarding the trend of the main factors of the business climate for the first quarter
de 2025, in relation to the previous quarter, in general, managers of hotel establishments and
non-hotel owners consider that they will remain stable, siendo el 77% and the 91%, respectivamente, en el
employment, el 74% and the 81% in investment, el 52% and the 67% in the price level and the 54% and the 60% en
billing.
Respecto a la tendencia del grado de ocupación para el primer trimestre, en relación a 2024, el
57,13% and the 64,13% of hotel and non-hotel establishment managers consider that
will keep stable.
