By Instituto Canario de Estadística, (ISTAC), del Gobierno de Canarias During the month of August 2023 they attended 851 calls in the 016 for gender violence, a
14% más que en agosto de 2022, in which they were attended 746. El 79% of the calls were made by
user, a 18% family members or close people and a 3% other people.
