16 Jan The lettuces, the agricultural product that has increased its price at origin the most during the last year in the Canary Islands

On the opposite side, bubangos and cabbages are the products that have dropped the most in price in
origin during the last year. In the case of bubangos, The annual decrease has been 39,5% (en

0,63 euros that they cost last year to 0,43 that are paid now, un descenso del 31,7%.

the oranges (-10,6%).
Every month the ISTAC updates the weekly prices of the agricultural products they transport
mainly Fruit and Vegetable Producer Organizations (OPFH) and Organizations
Banana Producers (OPP). Offers the average price at which it is sold at origin, this is, the price
perceived by the agricultural community.
