14 May Inflation increases in April in the Canary Islands

archipelago.

The eggs (15,5%), intercity public transport (13,1%) and coffee, cocoa and infusions (12,8%) se
are among the most inflationary goods and services. Por otra parte, se han producido
descensos del 31,5% in oils and fats, of the 4,0% in recreational objects, of the 3,3% in furniture and
floor coverings and 3,3% in potatoes and their preparations.

The monthly variation rate for April took the value in the Canary Islands 0,8%, placing the variation in
what's going on this year 1,1%.

Por otra parte, the annual rate of the general index without unprocessed foods or products
energetic (core inflation) take the value 2,0%. This represents a rise of four tenths with
regarding the data for the month of March (1,6%). At the state level this rate reaches 2,4%, four tenths
above the value registered in the Canary Islands.
