By Instituto Canario de Estadística, (ISTAC), del Gobierno de Canarias Occupancy rates expected for the months of October, noviembre y diciembre son 81%, 78% and
el 77% for hotels and 75%, 79% and 76% for non-hotel establishments.

Regarding the trend of the main factors of the business climate for the fourth quarter
de 2025, in relation to the previous quarter, in general, managers of hotel establishments and
non-hotel owners consider that they will remain stable, siendo el 68% and the 81%, respectivamente, en el
employment, el 67% and the 81% in investment, el 47% and the 51% in the price level and the 42% and the 45% en
billing

Regarding the trend in the occupancy rate for the fourth quarter, en relación a 2024, el
53,37% and the 60,8% of hotel and non-hotel establishment managers consider that
will keep stable.

The Confidence Index is prepared with opinions about the current situation and expectations
What hotel and apartment managers have. In this sense, apartment managers
are more optimistic than hotel managers, where the confidence index increases 8,6
points with respect to the previous quarter of 2025.
