By Instituto Canario de Estadística, (ISTAC), del Gobierno de Canarias Por sexos, the number of average affiliations rose in men in 1.567 affiliations and in women in
8.801. It was the services sector that accounted for almost all of this increase in membership.,
especially in education (4.636 more affiliations) y actividades administrativas y servicios
auxiliares (2.885).

The month of September ended with 947.325 high affiliations, nails 13.172 more than at the close of
agosto. In one year there has been a 3,3% of growth in memberships at the end of the month to the
Seguridad Social.
