The number of people employed in the second quarter of the year amounts to 19.804.900, the highest figure in the last ten years, según los datos de la Encuesta de Población Activa (EPA) published today by the National Institute of Statistics (INE). El empleo aumentó en 460.800 people in the last twelve months, lo que supone un incremento interanual de 2,4%. The Secretary of State for the Economy and Business Support, Ana de la Cueva, ha destacado que este crecimiento de la ocupación se produce “en un contexto macroeconómico más equilibrado y sostenible que el de hace 10 años”.
