La ministra de Economía y Empresa, Nadia Calviño, signs today the ministerial order regulates specific aspects of Royal Decree-Law 19/2017 basic payment accounts, traslado de cuentas de pago y comparabilidad de comisiones, thus completing the transposition to the Spanish legal system of the 2014/92/EU Community Directive 23 de julio de 2014.
