The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation has brought to public hearing the Draft Law that transposes the EU Community Directive 2018/843 prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism -V Directive- and modifies the Law 10/2010. The European Directive incorporates new measures aimed at strengthening the preventive systems of the member countries.
