The Council of Ministers has learned of the restart by the Official Credit Institute (ICO) of its financial activity with the Territorial Public Administrations. The ICO will once again finance investment projects carried out by Autonomous Communities, entidades locales y organismos dependientes en sectores de especial interés, como el tratamiento de aguas, la mejora de la eficiencia energética de edificios, planes de rehabilitación urbana y rural, vivienda social para alquiler o movilidad sostenible.
