The Government has launched the process to prepare a new Charter of Digital Rights for Spain with the constitution of a group of experts that will act as an advisor. Along with it, a participatory procedure will also be opened so that citizens can make contributions.. The final drafting of the Charter by the Government will incorporate the contributions that come from both areas.
