The Council of Ministers has adjusted the budget stability and public debt objectives of 2020 to the economic reality of Spain and the situation of budget extension in which the country has found itself since January 2019. It has also reported on the State's non-financial spending limit for 2020, which amounts to 127.609 millones de euros.
