El Consejo de Ministros ha aprobado un Real Decreto que modifica el vigente Reglamento que regula las Instituciones de Inversión Colectiva (IIC). La norma complementa la reforma emprendida en noviembre del año pasado con la Ley 22/2014 of venture capital entities and collective investment entities and managers. This Royal Decree completes the transposition of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive to establish the framework of authorization conditions, marketing, rules of conduct and organization of this type of funds at European level. The objective of the regulatory change is to promote this type of investment as a source of direct financing for companies and thus reduce the high dependence on bank credit..
