The Council of Ministers has validated the draft law on Promoting the long-term involvement of shareholders of listed companies, that modifies the consolidated text of the Capital Companies Law. The standard transposes the Directive 828/2017, aimed at improving the corporate governance of companies listed in the European Union and thus increasing their financing possibilities and long-term sustainability.
