The Ministry of Economy and Business has initiated a public consultation to obtain the opinion of agents in the audiovisual sector and other interested parties regarding the transposition of the Directive. (UE) 2018/1808 of Parliament and the Council of 14 November 2018. The transposition modifies Directive 2010/13/EU on the coordination of certain legal provisions, regulatory and administrative provisions of the Member States relating to the provision of audiovisual communication services (Audiovisual communication services directive), taking into account evolving market realities.
