El Fondo Social de Viviendas (FSV) ha adjudicado 9.020 viviendas al cierre de 2016, lo que representa más del 90% de los pisos disponibles para colectivos vulnerables. Desde su creación en 2013, el FSV ha ido aumentando la dotación, hasta un total de 9.866 viviendas aportadas por 29 entidades financieras. Its validity has been extended for another year, until the 17 January 2018. It is planned, además, extend the suspension of launches for two more years (until January 2019) that expired this year and expand protection measures for mortgage debtors affected by the crisis, to families with minors in their care (not only up to three years).
